In my previous position at the ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow I was actively engaged in the maintenance of 50 fish cell lines at National Repository of Fish Cell Line (NRFC) and was also involved in the various toxicity assays on fish cell lines and other molecular techniques in the laboratory. My graduate and post graduate degree in biology gave me a strong background in biology, along with additional skills gained through my Ph.D and in my previous job. I possess excellent analytical computer and organizational skills and complete tasks in a meticulous manner. I'm familiar with the use of various equipment in molecular biology.

Now coming to "Why": I used to teach my colleagues in college and didn't have that great teachers (with few exceptions), I always used to think (like everybody else) that I can teach much better than them and in a simpler manner. But where everyone else don't care about the next generation of students, I am here for them as it's our responsibility to give our kids what we didn't have.
