I am a professional classical dancer with experience Bharatanatyam , Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattam. in as well. For me teaching is not just a profession. Its a responsibility. I get friendly with the kids. I never scold kids rather develop a relation with them so that they can open up with me and then only they start loving the subjects. In this way only they can do better. I explain the chapter first and then ask them questions. and second day first I make them revise the previous class topics and then go to the next topic. Teaching is my passion and I believe student should be thorough with the topics. A teacher plays a very important role in developing interests in the subjects. I have done M.sc with zoology hons. I started teaching when I was in 10th. Maths was my favourite subject and I loved teaching that. Now with experience I have got the ability to understand the child. If any student doesn't have interest in any subject, I first allow them to open up with me and then they start liking the subject.

If the student senses that you don't have enough passion about the topic you are teaching, their level if interest goes exponentially down and the result is an inefficient tutoring session. Innovation: students are all different in the way they learn. A good tutor is one that can understand that and can adjust his/her teaching method to each and every student and their different way of grasping the material . Persistence: this is an important skills that tutors need to develop. For the topics like math, it takes time for students to understand and master. This needs a lot of patience and persistence from the teacher.
