The value that housewives bring to the home is not quantifiable. They manage multiple roles and have to be efficient in everyone of them. They are also expected to be selfless and ever accomodating of everyone else's needs. They also squash their own dreams to be able to run the house smoothly. However, a working woman who is also expected to take care of the house with no help has it much tougher. We cannot compare both since sacrifices happen fromboth of them. read less

Women from time immemorial have not been given much importance in professional fields. Yet, one can never overlook the multifaceted role woman play in house or even in outer world. Monetary measures solely cannot undermine or overestimate a woman's role in house or society.
