I wanted some help in creating an Animation . The animation is for a given place which could include the big land marks and the roads (Main and service roads). This could also include a simple minature of people or Vehicles moving on the roads etc with a little bit (bare minimum) animation . Can anyone suggest who would be soemone who can help me .

Can 2D animation be learned online or it requires classroom training?
Hey sinoy.. it can be learnt online.. but it would be more beneficial to take classrom classes..as you have batchmate along with you.. n practical training is always preferable than online...
