This is how you can design a logo for your client with a professional approach. Please follow this step to finalize your logo 100%.

Ask the client about it—what colour, shape, tagline.
Fill in all the question-answer documents from the client.
Research according to the document—ex name of the logo, client industry, client vision etc.
Create a shape according to the name tag.
Now provide options to clients which shape they like.
After the client approved the few shapes for the logo, give a colour option.
Now provide a final version of the logo that the client approved.

In the end, provide EPS, AI and mockups to the client.
