With 12 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Coach, I have helped clients transform not just their bodies but also their lifestyles. I earned my Personal Trainer Certification from R8 Fitness Academy in 2018 and completed the Personal Trainer Preparation Course from ACE (American Council on Exercise). In 2021, I obtained certifications from Prehab121 as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Prehab and Rehab Specialist. These qualifications have equipped me with in-depth knowledge of scientific program design, injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and corrective exercises. My training methodology begins with a detailed assessment of each client’s fitness level, body composition, medical history, and personal goals. Based on this evaluation, I design customized workout plans that are safe, structured, and result-oriented. I focus heavily on correct form and technique to ensure effectiveness while minimizing the risk of injury. My sessions are practical, interactive, and progressive. Every workout follows a structured plan that balances strength, endurance, flexibility, and recovery. I continuously monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and guide clients not only in workouts but also in nutrition, lifestyle improvements, and recovery strategies. I conduct both online and offline training sessions, maintaining the same level of discipline, motivation, and attention to detail in both formats.
