specializing in personal training, nutrition, and weightlifting. My journey in fitness is not
just a profession but a genuine passion.
My extensive experience includes being a personal trainer at Thalwalkar Gym in Andheri
East from 2014-2015, where I trained over 300 individuals. I' ve also served as a fitness
instructor and head coach at the Strength and Conditioning Academy, showcasing my
commitment to the field.
As a national and state-level kickboxing enthusiast, I bring a dynamic and
comprehensive approach to personal weight management.
My sessions, conducted both online and offline, last for 1 hour and prioritize practical
training to ensure a hands-on and effective fitness routine. While I do not prescribe any
specific requirements, I provide nutritional guidance to complement the overall well--
being of my clients.

"I have trained with 4/5 trainers till now in different states across India & Ankit tops the list. He is cheerful & has a positive aura which is useful during those morning sessions. He is flexible & keeps pushing your limits. He changes your physical training routine as per your body’s requirement. He listens & understands your requirements which is rare in today’s world.
