My philosophy as a Professional Trainer, I aspire to an organization culture and Training program conducive to individual learning and development. Draw an overall or individualized training & development plan that addresses needs & expectations. Deploy a wide variety of training methods for overall development. Conduct effective induction & orientation sessions. Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success by utilizing proper resources of available budget. My belief is that students make choices, and most of the time there are natural consequences for these choices. They should be held accountable in a consistent and fair manner.
My experience includes training and development of students, professionals, trainers, teachers and employees/staff (from top to bottom level of management). Till now I have imparted training to more than 40,000 people all over India and also trained more than 4000 trainers/teachers by conducting TTT i.e. Training The trainers/teachers program.
