Everybody had already given technical explaination.. So NO need to repeat same to get you bored.. Let me explain this in other interesting way. Let us consider there are group of 4 peoples wish to communicate in pair, in a big Hall (Space = Frequency), and if they are allowed to communicate as it is, there will be noise and interfence. So comes TDMA, FDMA and CDMA.. In TDMA, EACH PAIR WILL BE ALLOWED TO TALK FOR A ONE TIME SLOT ONLY AFTER WHICH OTHER PAIR WILL TALK AND FIRST WILL WAIT FOR ITS TURN THIS WILL CONTINUE.. this way Time has got divided among Users IN THE SAME BIG HALL. Secondly IN FDMA IF EACH PAIR ARE SEPERATED IN THE SAME HALL INTO DIFFERENT SMALL CLOSED CABINS AND ALLOWED TO TALK FOR WHOLE TIME, BUT HAS TO REMAIN IN THAT PARTICULAR SMALL CABIN .. this way space (frequency) is divided among users keeping same whole time available for every pair. Third, IN CDMA every pair is given different language (code) to talk and no time division no space division , all are allowed to talk with there pair but with different codes, that won't be understood by others in the hall.. it will be like a white noise only. read less

multiplexing means transmitting two or more signals over a single communication channel. in frequency division multiplexing the availalable bandwidth of the channel is shared by the multiple modulated signals over entire time period for simultaeneous tramission
