Although you are doing the job, its feasible to take out 30min for practicing daily. Download Tanpura app and tune it to c# or D minor and start practiting with 'Sa'. Focus on 'Sa' with Tanpura, within 1month you will develop a good voice.

It's all about priority one gives for his/her passion. You can manage time if you want. :) You can make some time dedicatedly on weekends probably. By doing so continously for 3months should keep you on right track and also help you culture your voice. Good luck with your singing!
