Every language has its rules of pronunciation. R has a sound which does not sound aesthetically comfortable at all places in a word. The placement of consonant-R among other things vowel or at the beginning or end of a term decides whether it is uttered lightly or clearly : Eg: Ram, Car, Private, personal, Govern, More.
