no, it is non terminating , non repeatable fraction, it is constant for any circle of any radius, its value is the ratio of circumference to the diameter of a circle

Pi value has no end since its not a completely divisible number. 22/7 this division will lead us to a number with no end in decimal points. although a Japanese mathematician has found pi value upto 5 trillion digits

355/113 is most accurate fraction for Pi. It does not have a end.

How can you teach 7-8 year old kid to learn/memorize tables. Since kids these days are taught logic of addition and arriving at the multiplication result, they are reluctant to memorize the tables.
you do not need to make them memorise tables, instead help them understand the logic behind the numbers, table learning will happen automatically.
