First step for the IA s .. try to understand what exactly is your motivation for it ? If it's merely money and power, you can go screw yourself... But if it's something much more positive than that then the second step is to play to your strengths.

Phase II Mains exam having two qualifying papers for 300 marks each. paper 1 general essay and paper 2, 3, 4, 5 are general studies papers and paper 6 and 7 are the optional papers having 250 marks each. How 'right to arms' be different from 'right to hate' speech? If right to hate speech is a fundamental right under freedom of speech and aggression.
There's no ' right to arms' but one can keep a licensed gun; carrying guns knowingly without a license a punishable offense under sec 153AA of IPC. And 'right to hate speech' there's no concept of that...
