No its not mandatorily Physics and Mathematics all you need is you to reach age criteria 16.5 to 19.5 and 12th passed for info please visit step2defence.in

It is not necessary in 10+2 for NDA entrance examination but if you having the maths and Physics subjects then you are eligible to all the defence services in NDA Exam.
