Should I appear for UPSC CSE right after graduation considering that I've to pay off my education loan which I used for my B.Tech degree?

You need to prepare for UPSC CSE first before appearing for it. You will be wasting your chances(which are limited in no.) if you sit for the exam unprepared. You can do job to pay off your loan & simultaneously prepare for CS. You can start preparing along with your graduation course.

When should I start preparing for UPSC EXAM. I m presently in 3rd year of BE. Shall I start from this year or should I wait for a year and then start my preparation next year? Will online coaching be beneficial or centre coaching? Guide me so that I can score a good rank in UPSC EXAM.
Classroom coaching was always the preferred mode, however if you have your basics already at place, then online mode saves a lot of time.
