For example: A common man's reaction to a news about be outrageous or disruptive but as an IAS officer, you must react constructively. Your thought should naturally flow in analysing the problem, to find root cause of problem in the news sample and how to alleviate or remedie the problem for better good of society. I know ..to build up such thought processes naturally... takes time and this is exactly what you would be doing during your exam preparation.
