News paper reading is an art. Many have high degree of ambiguity in reading news paper. "The Hindu" and "Indian Express" are some dailies recommended for UPSC Civil services exams preparation. Be it The Hindu or Indian Express, read only the news of National and International importance. Categorize the news as following subjects a) Schemes, plans, polices of union and state governments of India b) India's international relations and News of International importance. c) Security issues d) Indian economy, social development and sustainable development e) Issues in Environment, Ecology and climate change. After categorizing the news, just assess the news whether the news gets completed there itself, or it is an ongoing news like Doklam issue, Gorkhaland issues. If it is an ongoing news do a research on the background of the news. For more perspective on news analysis visit https://www.facebook.com/tempz.academy/ log on to www.tempzacademy.com read less
