general minimum percentage required for UGC NET was typically 55% in the master's degree or equivalent examination for candidates in the General and OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories.

What is eligiblity for appearing in net exam 2016 and when it"ll be held. As I have done my masters in Sanskrit and b.ed from Hindi history so for which subject I prefer for net. I have 55% in my b.ed . Am eligible or nit.
So June 2016 exam will be conducted and online application will be given on April or May month. you can appear on your PG degree subject only.
