You can purchase book (kvs madaan) or watch free lectures on YouTube and prepare your own notes

Three things are required for preparation of Paper I for UGC NET. 1. Read and understand any standard book. 2. Video Lectures which one can find on any platform. 3. Solving previous year papers.

Is M.tech + UGC NET cleared qualification enough for lecturer job or preference is given to candidate holding Phd degree?
M.tech +UGC NET is enough for lecturer job but some time preference gives to M.tech+UGC NET+Phd qualified candidate.
