I am new to this site..basically I am engineering graduate, and have 3yrs exp working as a software engineer in a MNC. I just completed my master's in HR through online mode. Am I eligible for writing NET. Suddenly I got interest in educational technology,I would like to know which institutions offering this course in India, as I have keen interest in doing Phd in the above said field.
