No two pregnancies are same even for the same woman. Therefore, all the practices are customised as per mother's experiences during all three trimesters. All the learnings and practices help mother to dive through pregnancy phase with calmness at mind level and with lots of strength at physical level. I am a certified Yoga teacher. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 11 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
