i. Singular and Plural:

The noun that name only one person, place, animal or thing is called as Singular noun.

The noun that name more than one person, place or thing is called as Plural noun.

Nouns ending with consonant + y we can add 'ies'.

Nouns ending with vowels we can add 'ys'.
