What do you think about the nutritional values of green vegetables when it is kept long in refrigerator ?

The nutritional values are lost when kept for a long time in refrigerator.The refrigerator keep them cool with the help of CFC ( Chloro Fluro Carbon ) gases which are in turn a cause of ozone depletion
