Soft Skills Training

"My training is in progress. 5 Sessions completed so far. It was really great to have training from Padmanabh Mishra. His simplicity and clearity in presenting the content is awesome. Moreover, significant part of this institute is they provide the customized learnings depending upon their assessment about candidate, their profile, their barriers in growth. Their content also change as per the profile and requirement of the candidate for the same course. This thing sets them apart from traditional soft skills courses where contents are same for all candidates immaterial of their problems/expertise etc. I wish IIPD and Mr. Padmanabh Mishra, all the best for all their future endeavors. I just trusted her confidence and went ahead. And u know what I improved my stammer issue and I also passed the communication test and now can be a pilot. I really enjoyed and learned every session of Pd Course right from Decision making skill to leadership, to interpersonal skills to stress management. Thank you IIPD. "

"This institute is totally worth the money as the course fees is at rock bottom compared to other institutes. The crowd is good and has good classroom setup which helps in learning. The infrastructure is pretty good and the teaching faculty is just brilliant. The main plus point of this institute is that all the classes are held regularly and the teachers are very experienced, good and helpful in nature.
