First of all It will be big line if i will say NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, yes it is, but every learning requires some time, and one more thing learning never completes. Now about your question, yes you can definitely learn English, as it is just a language. I don't want to demoralize you, but the time you mentioned is very limited and seems bit unrealistic, again no worries you just start learning without thinking about time, as it is not any exam in which you have to score or have to complete within a given time. Is it right to use "Eh" when I want to agree with someone, “Are we still going to work tomorrow? ‘Eh’”. I’m asking about the use of “Eh”. The dictionary doesn’t mention that it can mean “yes”.
"Eh" " Aye" is short form used nowadays ... these are nor recommended usage. Best use "yes" which is a very professional way of responding.
