You can become a teacher if you have the subject knowledge and the degree or certification along with it.

I am a teacher is it necessary if students not doing home work give punishments caning or beating?
Yes good because I am believe corporal punishment I am everyday beating and caning my students that's y my students geating good marks also my students egreed because of my punishment only they achieved good marks

It depends on multiple factors, but the teachers caliber and intent to make an online class totally fruitful and interactive could certainly bring value for time and money
