Teacher Training

"It was a brilliant eye opener to know about a child's true nature and capabilities to grow as an independent individual with minimal necessary and sufficient help , guidance and interference in his personal development. True values of mankind and humility and respect for each other is reinforced by way of assisting a child's early development. A child has got immense potentials and we need to realize it by letting him experience the joy of learning and he is the real teacher and we have to unleash the children and be prepared to unlearn about the traditional prejudices in our frame of mind .The child will be the means of guidance to us to help him and each child has its own pace of development. We got to respect that and encourage and motivate rather than put him in competition with peers . The child would rather compete with himself and raise his bars to perform. Well, as Maria Montessori says, follow the child and trust the child and the nature. With every new born child there is a new hope to mankind. To put ourselves in the child's shoe and understand what he is under going is not that easy So these realisations help me to connect. I am much more with my 3.5year old son and in his developmental stages with the materials to guide as aid to education and after the course I have started my career as a Montessori adult and feels nice to work and be with children and learn a lot more in practice. "

Montessori training(early childhood)

"When I came in for training I was just thinking it would be one of the sort which trains us in teaching children.But it was IMTC which made me realise that children themselves have their own potential and that we are just there to aid them with the right environment. This course is truly pure, very authentic and unique.Teachers are very friendly.The philosophy of Montessori is truly within us as we get trained by montessorian who I look upon. I would surely recommend people I know to take up this course.Loved the course.Thank you for everything I learnt through IMTC. "

Apart from teacher training, IMTC-C has helped me to understand a child without any prejudice. Helped me bloom as a mother and a Montessori teacher
