have the thorough knowledge of the subject to be taught. teach the subject deeply and put yourself as a student of the subject and search what you would expect from the teacher.

• Higher Secondary, Calcutta University in 1967 (with Physics, Chemistry & Math) • BSc (Physics), Calcutta University in 1971 • Technical Training Course (3-Years) from SNTI, TISCO, Jamshedpur in 1977. • Foremanship & Supervision(1-Year) from ‘All India Board of Technical Studies in Management, Jamshedpur in 1980. • Dupont Safety Observation Course in 2005, Plant Fire fighting (familiarization training course in 1990 & Computer Course)

Introduce self & ask the students a common question or know about them to make them ease with the students. Make them aware about the topics & asses the knowledge level verbally asking questions.
