Newton's second law of Motion: This law states that the rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the applied unbalanced force and change takes place in the direction of the force.
Newton's second law of Motion : F=ma = v-u/t
Ft=m(v-u)
That is, when F= 0, v= u for whatever time t is taken 'because m is not equal to zero. It means that the object will continue moving with uniform velocity u throughout the time t. If u is 0, then v will also be 0.
That is the object will remain at rest. It is nothing but Newton's first law of Motion. Hence first law of Motion is contained in Newton's second law of Motion.
