I'm a Certified Yoga Professional and with over 9 years of experience of practicing and teaching yoga, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people of all levels—beginners, seniors, working professionals, and athletes—toward better health and inner balance. I conduct both online and offline classes, and I strive to make each session feel personal, helpful, and rejuvenating. My goal is to help students not just move through poses, but truly feel their bodies and connect with themselves. My approach is calm, encouraging, and personal. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to start. Yoga with me is not about perfection—it’s about progress, healing, and feeling better in your body every day.

I am also a Certified Rope and Belt Therapy Consultant (Medical Yoga Therapy). This unique form of yoga therapy has been incredibly rewarding, especially in helping those suffering from knee osteoarthritis, lumbar spondylosis, and cervical spondylosis. Using ropes and belts, I gently guide students into postures that relieve pressure, realign the spine, and ease chronic pain—often providing relief where other methods fall short. It’s amazing to see someone who came in stiff and uncomfortable walk out with more ease and confidence.
