Thin Films of TiAlN have been deposited on the Austenitic stainless steel 304 substrate using Cathodic Arc Evaporation (CAE-PVD) Method. Through the finite element, numerical and analytical analysis the actual thermal properties such as thermal stability & resistivity to the thermal stresses should be identified and through their correct evaluation of the experimental test it was determined. Research work has done through the extreme support of my guide Dr.H.N.Shah. Finally through this research work, I have achieved sixth rank in the Gujarat Technological University. HOBBIES In my relaxation time, I listen the duet songs. I have keen interest to explore and see mother"s nature beauty. Therefore I always desire to go for a long journey where we can feel the peace and grace of nature.
