Blood pressure may raise only after doing contraindicated Asanas by BP patient. They should rather avoid inversion practice and some intense forward bending asanas. No. Infact they should do yoga regularly to avoid BP. But one must practice under the proper guidance of yoga instructor that will help them to gain the benefits of yoga. Hope this answer help. Thank you.
