Read books, watch hollywood movies/tv shows, and find a mentor. If you take courses, you will know where you need to improve. Read a variety of material including newspaper editorials, journals etc. Keep conversing in English day in and day out preferably with people who can correct your errors. Watch BBC/ CNN news channels. Language should become a habit eventually.

Watch Hollywood movies with subtitle. Read newspapers and books. If you come across difficult words, mark them and try to get its meaning from a dictionary. Most importantly keep conversing in English .Little efforts will surely help you to attain fluency in the language
