Recognising (Reading and Writing) and the 3. practising (Speaking). but you can also try the way of practising words and speaking as you hear. e.g. you hear that how are you? so try to speak with the yourself in mirror or with your friends. gradually it will build a confidence in you and you will be more familiar with English. once your tongue catches the word it will be automatically come out of you with fluency.
