Would you give me some tips to improve my English fluency without entering English course?

Watch Hollywood movies with subtitle. Read newspapers and books. If you come across difficult words, mark them and try to get its meaning from a dictionary. Most importantly keep conversing in English .Little efforts will surely help you to attain fluency in the language
