Spoken English and Written English both are important.But in Spoken English is more important as there is direct speech of expressions of thoughts and ideas.Speaking allows Audience to grasp emotions behind what is being said. In spoken english audience can check expression on face of speaker and body languages and hear tone and pitch of voice. On the other hand in written english it is lack of nonverbal cues and it is more difficult to express emotions.It is less flexible,costly and paper-intensive and excludes illiterate individual,slow feedback. read less
