Spoken english is best and important because for attempting IELTS test you need good english speaking ,writting,reading and listening skills .Then you grab the criteria for IELTS quickly and easily.

Spoken English is better than IELTS. IELTS is good if you would like to relocate abroad.Spoken English is a combination of all the below learnings: Grammer, Vocabulary, Written, Listening, Speaking. All of these are done in detail for a good spoken english.
