I generally go for a mix of grammar , vocabulary and practice sessions. While grammar helps students rectify their mistakes, strong vocabulary strengthens their communication and practice sessions help them build confidence and overcome hesitation.

Then do what you like to do.one thing begin your class with very introductory speech on topic which you are going to handle you can also use your phonetic skill.
