Inculcating a new language is not a herculean's task. You should listen english daily, speak daily and record yourself either on video recording or audio recording. Afterwards, listen your recording twice or thrice and correct yourself. You are your best teacher!!

Firstly , you should be confident that you can learn any language you want to learn. You should show dedication to learn English. You should read more, watch english shows and news channels and read the subtitles as it will be easier for you to learn english. Learn grammer and vocabulary properly.
