U should take spoken english classes and speak a lot with others in English for the perfect flow...

I joined spoken English classes eight times group classes and private classes but no improvement I am failed.
First of all its not your failure, secondly there could be plenty of reasons. I personally highly recommend one to one coaching under proper guidance. Remember if you can write, you can speak as well.
