To speak English fluently please do the following: 1)Start thinking in English what you are thinking in your regional language. 2)start from reading short stories and try to present it in your own words and record it so you can listen to your mistakes later. 3)listen to English news channels like ndtv India or times now so you can catch correct pronunciations and proper tone of saying the sentence. 4)observe and listen to English communicators near you. 5)start talking in English and don't worry about making mistakes .If you hadn't made mistakes at riding a bike or driving a car you would have been still struggling with learning those things ,so talk n talk more n make mistakes so u can learn.
