Educational game.
Talk about me.

Level: Elementary to intermediate
Time:10-20 min.
Skill: develop spoken skills, descriptive skills, speech composition.
Requirement: Pictionary game cards (easily available in toy shops) or create you own cards. Note-sets of 2 similar cards total no of cards (16-24) multiple of 2.
Topics: flora, fauna, things, birds, machines, transport etc.

Method: 4 - 6 players.
It’s a hit with all age age groups students sit in a circle facing each other (a round table would be ideal). Place the cards with their face down so the picture is hidden. Ask a player to open a card and then again open any other card. If the picture matches, that set belongs to him. He will then describe the object to the class and tell it about its uses, nature etc. the next player takes the turn and repeats the process again, if the picture doesn’t match this time, he places the cards face down in the former position. And next player is given a chance. Winner is with the maximum no of cards.
Tip: teacher can give points on the description and communicative skills.
