However, i believe stage fright is easily overcome with practice. You practice your speech over and over again till you're no longer using 'ums' and 'ahems' and you will be fine. read less

For good oration, you have to work on diction, voice clarity, intonation etc. A lot of practice is also required to develop the right verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Presentation skills need to be picked up. So a lot of practice and hard work is involved. You would also need to overcome stage fright.
