And also have basic concept with tense.To finish one conversation we need only few structures and minimum ten to fifty words.And anyone can start speaking within an hour. But to make it perfect is quite difficult as there is always space for improvements. So if we suppose English is the way of expression of our ideas then anyone can handle it without having any big mistake. It very simple but it needs your both sides of brain left and right.
