English Tutor willing to give tuitions

You can't learn a language in one month! Be it English or any other :) Yes you can improve yourself in a month by attending classes, talking to friends in English, watching English movies/programmes and reading English newspapers/magazines.

English classes from class 10 to degree (except for BA English Literature) and English classes even for beginners of English language such as people from non-English medium background.

English in one month, that happens only in ads, not in reality.

Anna To answer your question I need to know what your present level of English is? If you are an intermediate level learner, it is possible but much depends on your effort and practice. Knowledge and skill are acquired steadily and slowly over a period of time.
