You can't learn a language in one month! Be it English or any other :) Yes you can improve yourself in a month by attending classes, talking to friends in English, watching English movies/programmes and reading English newspapers/magazines.

see it depends on you how are taking i mean your grasping power .one month is not enough to speak fluent english for that you need to practice alot but you will definatly improve your english in a month if you do hard work on english langauge
