Hello Rohit, You have to watch and listen continuously to the English conversations, be it in movie or songs. And more importantly you have to take the accent neutralization, so you have to make your accent neutral. Hope this helps.

If you are speaking positive about a subject & motivating the peoples, you will be called positive speaker & if your words are speaking negative about a subject specially without having logical reasons, generally based on your presumptions/assumptions, you will be called a negative speaker.
