watch english news / business news channels. Try to speak short words/ sentences with family and friends. This will help you to overcome your hesitation and to open up to speak good english. you need to keep on practicing everyday.

Train yourself to read loudly and listen to English news channels. Subsequently talk to yourself in front of a a mirror with proper eye contact loudly. You will then gain confidence.
