Hai Anitha, it may be due to various factors like the students may come from distant places, timing of the batch affordability of fees etc. if the above points does not match in your criteria then it is the problem with the student.

Secondly,look at each participant individually & understand their motivation/reason for signing up and use that information to keep them motivated. Mr. Deepak, You are very correct ! One can't learn from someone without payment of fees. Recently, I have noticed at various instances that the students who want to learn through ONLINE are arguing that he has opted for study since it is FREE. You will be surprised to note that he is an Engineering student.
I feel when a student pays for something , he will not waste the chance to learn . Many times people dont value something if given free
