Yes you can but if you use it then meaning would be different if you don't then meaning would be different

Yes u can ommit the preposition because when we use belief then we can use "in" but when we use believe then it's not required

Yes it can be omitted because there are two different meaning...believe relates to firm so believe in relates to more firmly...believe in God here mean I firmly believe God does exist n his words but only believe means I just accept..
