Can be, provided you use the relevant apps. But texting and what's app may not improve your spoken English as social texting, literature, spoken English are different entities.

In fact, it would be a powerful learning tool, as we have various helpful learning apps, videos.....We can browse on internet for the study material at any time unlike the past. Moreover, we can also record our own voices while speaking in English, by using the recorder/ any other recorder apps. When we are free we can listen to our speech and can rectify our errors. read less
